An Agile Scrum Team:  What Does it Mean to be Small, Cross-functional, and Self-Organizing?  Peter Borsella, our only FL based Certified Scrum Trainer!

Agile teams are expected to deliver results, and we want to do our best in building the right teams.  What’s the right size for a team?  How cross-functional do they need to be?  And what does self-organizing really mean?  During this session we’ll explore all of these questions in an effort to understand the expectations of a Scrum development team.
