The Agile Conference is a major, one-day annual event held in Miami, providing a single forum for everyone interested in the effective application of Agile.
The theme for the 1st Agile Conference will explore High Performing Teams.
The program will include keynotes, presentations, workshops, interactive sessions and open spaces. There will be two tracks focusing in depth on the following areas:
Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Test Driven Development(TDD), Continuous Integration(CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Team Culture (Self-Empowerment, Trust, Commitment), Team Support (Executive Buy-in), Key Ceremonies, Agile Tools and much more
